Mani Rajendran: President & CEO

Mani Rajendran founded Numeric Technologies in 1996 to help corporations handle the Y2K issues and also promote ERP based applications, particularly SAP. Today, Numeric Technologies primarily focuses on ERP, Big Data, App Dev, Dashboards and Systems Integration. Mani brings 30+ years of direct experience in technlogy solutions, and is responsible for the vision and direction of Numeric Technologies. His business acumen and strong affinity to build trusted relationships with his employees and clients has seen Numeric flourish over the past 15 years. Prior to Numeric, Mr. Rajendran was the Vice president for LaserTech, where he was responsible for the Business Operations and Delivery. Mani holds a Master's degree from Fort Hays State University

Sagar Pawar: Executive Director - Offshore Delivery

Sagar, has over 16 years of Consulting, Management and SAP experience in the FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail and IT industries. Prior to joining the Numeric Leadership Team as a Director (Offshore Delivery), Sagar has held the position of Senior Project Manager at Apple. He has successfully implemented multiple end-to end processes in global supply chain and Service Management (Customer Service) worldwide. He has effectively delivered and executed business critical solutions for multi-million dollar projects in US, Brazil, China, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, UK, Germany, Singapore, Canada and Japan. Sagar has been recognized as a highly strategic, innovative and business oriented Leader with Functional and Technical Expertise. He holds SAP certification in Sales distribution and Material management module

Rick Wright: Executive Vice President - Operations

Rick Wright brings more than 15 years of ERP experience and expertise in large project execution for High-Tech and Retail industries. He has specialized experience with upgrades, OS/DB Migrations, large system performance, tax systems, real-estate management, and AP processes, among others. At Numeric, Rick is responsible for theProject Office organization, monitoring and successful delivery of all Numeric's projects. Rick was instrumental in building Numeric's ASAP focused project implementation methodology based on industry best practices. Prior to joining Numeric, Rick held senior management positions at Apple, Sony Electronics, Adobe, and several high-tech startups. Rick holds a degree in Business/Computer Science from UC San Diego.

Vidya Pai: Human Resource Manager

Vidya Pai is the Human Resource Manager for Numeric. She brings many years of experience in office management, recruiting, scheduling, travel and human resources. Vidya provides mission critical services aligned with Numeric's vast staffing practices, its visa and application processes and its certification requirements. Vidya obtained her Masters in Human Resources in India and has performed at the highest level in all areas of executive management for Numeric for more than 14 years. Vidya, continues to learn new processes and technologies that allows Numeric to remain a viable and flexible organization by keeping the organization compliant and ready to perform in a series of duties and requirements.
